History
This temple has been enshrined in this land since ancient times, gathering the faith of many people. The name Kansei-in signifies the compassion of Kannon Bodhisattva and the wish for things to be accomplished. Many worshippers visit and have their wishes granted. The tranquil grounds are perfect for calming the mind. It is said that the powerful figure of Kannon Bodhisattva is depicted on the goshuin. It is a temple with a long history that has been a spiritual refuge for people in this land for a long time.
