Ryuenji

This temple has been rooted in this land for a long time and has gathered the faith of many people. The sound of the bell echoing in the quiet precincts is said to heal the hearts of visitors. The name Ryuenji, as its name suggests, carries the wish to bring salvation from a deep abyss of compassion. For the local people, it has become an indispensable presence as a spiritual refuge and a place for quiet prayer. I myself am occasionally soothed by the tranquility of this temple.
