Taihei Jinja

Taihei Jinja, enshrined in the center of Mashiko Town, has been revered as the guardian deity of this land since ancient times. The enshrined deity is Toyouke-no-Okami, widely worshipped as a god of abundant harvests and industrial development. The shrine buildings, in keeping with the pottery village of Mashiko, present a warm and inviting appearance.
