This temple standing on the shores of Akashi is known as a place of deep Pure Land faith. The white fox has watched thousands of pilgrims chanting nembutsu, seeking inner peace and rebirth. The light of Amida Buddha, the principal deity here, embraces all without discrimination, promising the path to the Pure Land. Through all the years, this temple's light shines unchanging.
