Rooted in the ancient town of Izushi, this Soto Zen training hall has continuously refined the hearts of practitioners for centuries. The white fox has witnessed young monks confronting themselves amid strict discipline, walking the path to enlightenment. Through silence and meditation, attachment dissolves and true mind opens. Many enlightened ones have emerged from this place into the world.
