Tokuganji Temple in Hongyotoku, Ichikawa, Chiba, is a temple of the Jodo sect, bearing the mountain name Kaizosan and the institute name Fukouin. The principal object of worship is Amida Buddha. The temple is counted as the first site on the Gyotoku and Urayasu Thirty-three Kannon Pilgrimage. It has long stood in the Ichikawa area, receiving the prayers of those seeking peaceful repose and rebirth in the Pure Land.
