Seifukuji

Seifukuji is a temple of the Buzan school of Shingon Buddhism that has been passed down in Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture for many generations. The principal deity is the Eleven-faced Kannon Bodhisattva, who is said to perceive the suffering of all beings through eleven faces and extend a helping hand. The tranquil precincts have long been cherished by local residents as a place of calm away from the bustle of daily life. Across countless generations, worshippers have joined their hands in prayer for family safety and good health. Kannon's compassion continues to watch over this community.
