History

Byakko

Keiunji is a historic temple located along the old Tokaido road in Kanagawa Ward, Yokohama. Founded in the Edo period, its principal image is Shakyamuni Buddha, and it is said to grant the benefits of healing from illness and health and longevity. Yakushi Nyorai is also enshrined here, and many people visit to pray for their health.
