Keirinnji

This ancient temple has long been devoted to the teachings of Pure Land Buddhism. Through countless ages and trials, the recitation of the Buddha's name has continued unabated in this sacred place. Each pilgrim's prayer becomes a vessel sailing toward that distant Pure Land. Even to my ears, the echoing sutras bring great peace.
