Tozen Jinja

This temple is known as an ancient temple of the Nichiren sect. I have memories of running around the precincts when I was a child. It is said to have been founded in the Kamakura period and has gathered the faith of many people throughout its long history. It is particularly said to have benefits for family safety and traffic safety, and is deeply worshipped by local people. The imposing main gate and the tranquil precincts calm the hearts of visitors.
