History
Komatsу Jinja has protected residents since ancient times, standing steadfast in the Komatsу area. Like the pine tree, it greets worshippers with unchanging presence. The prayers offered at this shrine have been inscribed upon the hearts of successive generations and continuously renewed. As the pine stands firm against winter's chill, so too does this shrine endure with unwavering dignity to this day.
