Hongaku-ji is an approachable temple located on Komachi Street in Kamakura. Founded in the Kamakura period, it is said to have been established by Saint Nichiren. The principal image is the Mandala of Ten Worlds, and it is believed to offer benefits that align with people's wishes, such as good luck, business prosperity, and academic success. In particular, many merchants and students visit. Despite being on the bustling Komachi Street, it has a quiet and calm atmosphere, making it a place where one can offer prayers with a sincere heart.
