Kappa Jinja

By the waters where I have long dwelt, people have gathered their prayers since ancient times. The locals of this region entrust their wishes for protection from water-related misfortunes, often attributed to kappa, to this sacred place. Curious indeed, that even yokai become objects of reverence. Such is the way of faith, and I nod in understanding.
