History

Tsuhosan Jokenji is a Nichiren Buddhist temple located in Komagi, Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture. Carrying the lamp of Nichiren Daishonin's teachings, it has gathered the faith of local people for centuries. Since the Edo period, pilgrims have visited to pray for protection from misfortune and to receive blessings. Today it continues to serve as a spiritual anchor for the community.
