History
Shogaku-ji rises in Koyanagi, Yaizu, a temple where young seekers of learning gather. Here my light of wisdom constantly shines down upon all who study within these halls. Ancient texts and new knowledge alike are reflected in the hearts of learners here, becoming the wisdom of future generations. It is a long-told miraculous blessing that students who visit and receive the goshuin see their exam scores improve. When one studies with a pure heart and diligent effort, their wish shall surely be heard. The mountains of Yaizu and the wishes of this temple shine eternally as guiding lights toward wisdom.
