Muku Jinja

The Muku Shrine that I know is an ancient shrine enshrined in a naturally rich land of Chichibu. The enshrined deity is worshipped by the local people since ancient times. Its divine virtues are deeply related to people's lives, including abundant harvests, family safety, and warding off evil. In the precincts, giant trees that evoke a sense of eternal history stand tall, giving visitors a quiet sense of awe. For generations, it has likely heard the wishes of the people in this land.
