Deigyu-an

This temple is Deigyu-an, quietly standing in Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama. It is said to bring blessings for good luck, fulfillment of wishes, and exorcism. It is a place that has been cherished by local people since ancient times, where quiet prayers have been offered. I, too, am sometimes drawn to its calm atmosphere and visit. The principal image is Sho Kannon Bosatsu, who enfolds people with its compassionate form. The tranquil space surrounded by nature is perfect for calming one's mind. This white fox also cherishes its pure air.
