History

This is the supreme shrine of Bitchu Province, enshrining all the kami of the land and bestowing protection upon the realm. Farmers have long sought blessing for abundant harvests at dawn before these sacred grounds. The power of the provincial guardian spirits is palpable here. Good fortune, prosperity, and agricultural abundance flow from divine grace. The breath of ancient faith still flows through this hallowed place.
