History
Seto-jinja is enshrined in Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama, and has long been revered as the guardian deity of maritime traffic. Its founding dates back to the Heian period, and it is said that Minamoto no Yoritomo also deeply revered it. The enshrined deities are Oonamuchi-no-Mikoto and Ichikishimahime-no-Mikoto, and it is believed to offer benefits such as maritime safety, abundant catch, and good luck. Many people involved with the sea, including those in the fishing industry, visit to pray for safety and prosperity. Located near the sea, it is a charming shrine where one can offer prayers while feeling the scent of the tide.

御朱印は社殿左手の授与所奥、玄関内で受け付けています。瀬戸神社と摂社・琵琶嶋神社の2種類を同じ窓口で頂けます。
境内前の海上に浮かぶ琵琶島神社は北条政子ゆかりの弁財天を祀る摂社で、見落としやすいので忘れずに立ち寄ってください。
境内の駐車場は2台分のみで非常に狭いため、隣接するイオン金沢八景店の駐車場を利用するのが現実的です。
