Yamano Asama Jinja

I visited Yamano Asama Jinja, quietly nestled near Nishi-Funabashi Station in Funabashi City. This shrine is one of the Asama shrines associated with Mount Fuji worship, and is said to offer benefits of safe childbirth, conception, and matchmaking. It is particularly visited by many female worshippers as a deity who listens to the wishes of women. Although the shrine grounds are compact, they are filled with a refreshing atmosphere, creating a pleasant space. It is a good place to quietly clasp your hands and silently express your wishes in your heart.
