Myorakuji Temple, bearing the mountain name Togakusan, is an ancient temple of the Tendai sect located in Mutsuzawa Town, Chiba Prefecture. Founded on the teachings of the Lotus Sutra, it conveys the wondrous workings of the Dharma in removing suffering and bringing joy to all sentient beings. Long serving as a spiritual anchor for the local community, the serene precincts are filled with the accumulated prayers of generations.
