History
Chisen-in stands in Nakayama. In ancient traditions we know, wisdom is a spring, an inexhaustible source flowing from the depths of the heart. Those who visit this temple receive its clear waters into their hearts and eventually perceive their own inner spring. Through long ages, many hearts have been purified here, guided from delusion to enlightenment. Still today, wisdom's spring flows unceasing, continuing to bring purity and light to all who visit.
