Chōjuji (Chōju-ji)

What I visited is Chōjuji, located in Yamanouchi, Kamakura. As its name suggests, this temple is said to bring blessings for longevity. It also has blessings for family safety and healing from illness, wishing for the healthy lives of people. The ancient temple standing in the quiet precincts offers a peaceful time to visitors. It is a suitable place to wish for longevity and spend time in quiet contemplation in the historic land of Kamakura.
