Kouinzan Ohno Honkoji

This temple, as a great head temple of the Nichiren sect, has gathered the faith of many people since ancient times. When I was a child, I felt awe at the majestic appearance of this temple. It is said to have been founded in the Kamakura period and is also known as a place where Saint Nichiren practiced asceticism. It is particularly said to have benefits for family safety and business prosperity, attracting many worshipers. The magnificent temple buildings and the tranquil precincts seem to wash the hearts of visitors.
