Goryō Jinja (Hayama, Nagara)

This is Goryō Shrine, revered as the guardian deity of the Nagara district in Hayama. This shrine is said to have long provided benefits to protect people's lives, such as the exorcism of evil, family safety, and the eradication of epidemics. As I feel the sacred atmosphere, I am touched by the deep faith of the local people. In this place surrounded by nature, I cannot help but wish for the peace and well-being of the people.
