Shogan-ji Temple, formally Ryouzan Shogan-ji, is a Soto Zen temple in Kinasa, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture. Founded in 1615 (Genna 1), it was formerly known as Onidachiyama Jizo-in. The temple is renowned as the memorial temple of the demon woman Momiji, a famous figure in local legend, and the kitchen hall enshrines a guardian Jizo Bodhisattva. The Kannon-do hall of Shogan-ji is designated a cultural property of Nagano City, serving as a sacred site that preserves the history and legends of the Kinasa region.
