Kosho-ji is an ancient temple of the Koyasan Shingon sect located in the mountains of Yabu City, Hyogo Prefecture. Its mountain name is Tsugaosan, and the principal deity enshrined is Dainichi Nyorai. The temple grounds are graced by magnificent magnolias in spring and swaying bush clover in autumn, making it a place of seasonal beauty. Surrounded by verdant hills, it has long served as a place of esoteric Buddhist practice. The compassionate light of Dainichi Nyorai is said to illuminate all who seek it equally.
