Aburi Jinja

Aburi Shrine is enshrined in Takanishishinden, Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture. Its name is said to derive from the deity of rain, Oyamatsumi-no-Mikoto. Though the exact date of founding is unclear, the shrine has long been revered by local residents as a guardian of water and agriculture. The quiet, serene precincts offer a place of calm for visitors. In spring, worshippers pray for good harvests and prosperity, while in autumn, gratitude for the harvest is offered. Even as urbanization progresses in Inzai, this shrine continues to serve as a spiritual anchor for the local community.
