Tsu Hachiman Shrine

Tsu Hachimangu is a Hachiman shrine enshrining Emperor Ojin, located in Fujikata, Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. As a shrine dedicated to the deity of martial valor and victory, it has spread its divine virtues across the Tsu region since ancient times. Ranked as a prefectural shrine (ken-sha) under the modern shrine ranking system, it gathered devoted followers even through the age of feudal warfare. It continues to serve as the guardian shrine of the local community, welcoming worshippers with an enduring spiritual presence.
