History

Byakko

An ancient temple cradled in the mountains of Tokamachi. This place where the teachings of kami and buddha both live shows Japan's deepest form of faith. The art of weaving and faith are two yet one. The hands that bind thread and create cloth are no different from hands binding hearts to fulfill wishes. Visitors shall feel the history of countless threads and contemplate their own life's thread. Hearts become naturally bound here.
