Saifuku-ji

Saifuku-ji is a temple quietly nestled in Togasaki, Misato City. When I visited, I was warmly welcomed and gratefully received a goshuin. This temple is loved by the local people and is a place visited by those who pray for daily peace. The quiet precincts calm the mind and make one forget the daily hustle and bustle. The goshuin contains the temple's history and prayers for its visitors. Saifuku-ji, which has gathered faith in this land for many years, will likely continue to be a spiritual refuge for many people.
