Kinpouzan Shouhouji

This ancient temple houses a magnificent Great Buddha, enshrined as its principal image. Named after Kinpo Peak, its golden halls shimmer with sacred light, drawing pilgrims from far and wide. Since the Edo period, it has been a center of local devotion, enduring through countless seasons. The colossal image stands receiving the prayers of all sentient beings.
