Chōzenji

Chōzenji, standing in Omaeda, Fukaya, preserves the ancient teachings of the Pure Land school as a compass pointing toward Sukhavati. The recitation of the Buddha's name echoes to the heavens. Human life is fleeting and uncertain; many harbor anxiety about their final passage. Yet at this temple, devotees pray with peaceful confidence in their eventual rebirth, their voices mingling with centuries of similar aspirations ascending toward enlightenment.
