Toyokawa Shinō Shrine

Toyokawa Susanoo Shrine is a Susanoo-type shrine located in Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture, ranked as a village shrine (goshasociety) under the old shrine ranking system. Known since ancient times for its divine virtues of warding off plagues and misfortune, it has served as the tutelary deity of the local community for generations. Today many parishioners continue to visit, and it remains the quiet center of local faith and community bonds.
