This temple is called Io-zan Senju-in Toko-ji. It is said to have been founded in ancient times by Minamoto no Yoritomo for prayer for victory in battle. The principal image is Yakushi Nyorai, and it is believed to grant benefits for healing from illness and longevity, attracting the faith of many people since ancient times. In the precincts, ancient cedar trees hundreds of years old stand tall, filling the air with a tranquil atmosphere. It shows its beautiful form in each season, healing the hearts of visitors.
