Mouki Shrine

Moukejinja enshrines Amaterasu Omikami and is located in Kawachi, Shikano-cho, Tottori City. Formerly designated as a village shrine (sonsha), it has long served as the guardian deity of the local community. Farmers, merchants, and mountain travelers have all paid their respects here for generations, praying for safe journeys and prosperous livelihoods. The shrine continues to stand quietly as a spiritual anchor for the people of the Shikano area.
