Sakitamajinja

This shrine is one of the most ancient in Japan, with Sakitamahiko-no-mikoto as its principal deity. Its founding is ancient, said to date back to the Kofun period. Since ancient times, this deity has watched over the development and industrial progress of this land. The shrine grounds are spacious and have a calm, peaceful atmosphere. It is a sacred place where much history breathes.
