Techikarao Jinja is enshrined in Naka, Kakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture. It serves as the local tutelary deity (ujigami) of the Naka district of Kakamigahara City and is counted among the five prestigious gold-coin shrines (kinpei gosha) within the city. The enshrined deity is Techikarao no Mikoto, the god of strength who forced open the heavenly rock cave in Japanese mythology. Deeply revered by local people as a guardian deity of the Naka area, it continues to attract worshippers seeking strength, victory, and the ability to overcome hardships.
