History
This ancient temple stands in the Konan region and has long been a place of faith. Belonging to the Tendai sect, it enshrines Benzaiten as its principal deity. Pilgrims visit seeking blessings of eloquence and the gifts of water. The temple preserves many treasures and its historic buildings continue to uphold the light of faith.
