Tsurifune Jinja

As a shrine of the fishing vessel deity, this sanctuary governs the safety and prosperity of those who make their living on the sea. I have long observed how people discover sacredness in daily commerce along the Hariyama Bridge. The prayers when fishing boats depart, gratitude for abundant catches—all have deepened the faith at this place. Faith woven into daily life strengthens people's hearts most powerfully. This shrine teaches the sanctity inherent in all honest labor.
